Our Mediterranean-inspired food menus offer an appetising range of dishes to suit all tastes and requirements, from bar snacks and light lunches to more substantial dinner choices, including a daily specials board.

The restaurant menu is changed twice yearly to reflect the seasons, and features newly-created dishes as well as classic favourites. Our unique charcoal Josper Oven infuses a delicious chargrilled flavour to our fresh meat and fish dishes, is a distinguishing element of our food menu.

The Red Lion also boasts an authentic wood-fired pizza oven which is used to create genuine Italian handmade pizzas. We are members of the 'Associazone Verace Pizza Napoletana', which ensures that the ingredients we use and our cooking method conforms with the criteria of 'The Real Neapolitan Pizza'.

With an open kitchen running the length of the restaurant, you can enjoy watching your dishes being prepared fresh to order. We also offer a special children’s menu, and cater for a range of dietary requirements.

A choice of freshly ground coffees, teas and soft drinks are available all day, as well as fresh, homemade cakes and pastries and our great breakfast menu.
