Whisky Tasting, 7-10.30pm
Discover a whisky journey of Scotland, with the chance to sample 8 single malt whiskies and blended malts, then guess which region of Scotland they were distilled. Includes an informative talk on the tradition, manufacture and craft of whisky, and tips on aroma, flavour and quality, with a large map showing Scotland's distilleries and a tasting guide to help define flavours.
Burns Supper
Join us to celebrate the birth of Scotland's national poet in traditional style, where we'll be serving up some Scottish specials, including Scotch broth, cock-a-leekie, haggis with tatties and neeps, and tipsie laird for pudding. We'll also be featuring some fine whiskies as digestives, so warm yourself up with some hearty Scottish food and drink.
