Who says January is about detoxing? We're all about the retoxing here at the Red Lion, and just to prove it, we're offering a prix fixe lunch menu with two courses for £12 or three courses for £15. With a delicious set menu which will change every week, so you don't get bored of the same old stuff, it will be available from Monday to Friday, 12-5pm, so you can pop in during the afternoon or bring the kids for an early evening meal too.

Somehow, it managed not to rain on Sunday, so the sun was actually shining for the very first Oakman Inns Cycle Sportive on 18th September.
Setting off from the Kings Arms with a very early start at 7.45am, approximately 50 cyclists headed out kitted up to enjoy the 70km or 50km route weaving around the Chiltern hills. And hills there were.

The Red Lion is holding its very own Royal Ascot Ladies day on Thursday 16th June, to raise money for Keech Hospice Care.
This exciting event comprises a three-course lunch with champagne as well as a live screening of the Ascot races, for the complete Ladies Day experience.
Held from 12-5pm, tickets are £35 each, a proportion of which is donated to the Keech Hospice Care which helps support patients with terminal illnesses.

The Red Lion celebrated its one year anniversary in style on the 10th November with a party which featured a professional firework display, a hog roast and a plentiful supply of wine to mark the occasion.

The Red Lion has launched a new bar and bar snacks menu, allowing customers to order as much or as little as they like from a variety of smaller dishes now on the menu.
